WICCI Councils have a unique interwoven, inter-disciplinary & cross-sectional structure that allows it both depth and width of knowledge, understanding, enterprise and leadership. This receptive and resilient structure enables the best of thought leadership, talent, diversity, representation and grassroots experience to emerge from all sections of industry and society, and converge in our myriad endeavours across layers and levels of the councils: forming the basis of sustainable policy changes for women, along with the societal transformation.
